Refund / Exchange Policy
You can place a Return / Exchange Request within 3 days from the Shipment received / collected date in case of below conditions:
- If the Product delivered is incorrect
- If the Product received is tampered with
- If the product delivered is expired
- If the delivery was delayed significantly
Product/s must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
